Rowan Digital Infrastructure is a private hyperscale data center developer. Its flagship documented North American project is the 300 MW Project Temple campus on roughly 700 acres in Temple, Bell County, Texas, which broke ground in January 2026 for a single unnamed global technology tenant, is served by Oncor, and is expected to be operational in 2027 on a minimum $700 million investment. Rowan closed nearly $3 billion of debt financing for the campus on 27 May 2026, the largest in the company's history, bringing the total raised under its Green Finance Framework to $4.4 billion across three projects in the preceding year.

Capital figures come from the [Capital Atlas](https://savrn.com/data-center-capital-atlas), refreshed every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Site commitments overlap reported capital expenditure and overlap one another, so each figure appears as its source states it and none are added into a single deployment number.
