Mountain Creek is a 100-acre site in the Dallas metro, developed as a joint venture between SAVRN and the landowner. Natural gas is at or near the site, fiber is in reach, and transmission and existing generation sit close by. SAVRN builds it out in SAVRN Atom blocks, up to 300 MW gross.

## The power plan

Mountain Creek is planned for onsite generation, sized block by block with the campus. Two paths are open and can be combined.
