SAVRN is actively acquiring land for sovereign AI infrastructure campuses across the United States. If your property is near power transmission, has acreage, and sits in a permissive or rezoning-friendly jurisdiction, submit a site assessment. No cost. No obligation. An answer in two weeks.
What SAVRN looks for
in a qualifying site.
Every assessment scores these five dimensions. Strong scores in power proximity and land area are the primary qualifiers — the rest we work with.
Land Area
Developable acreage for Phase 1 build-out. Adjacent acquisition potential considered.
Power Proximity
Distance to existing transmission infrastructure or substation. SAVRN generates on-premise — grid queue not required.
Water & Utilities
Closed-loop thermodynamic architecture eliminates makeup water dependency. Municipal access is a plus, not a requirement.
Fiber & Connectivity
Dark fiber proximity or carrier access for low-latency interconnection. Distance to nearest IX point scored.
Zoning & Permitting
Industrial or data center-permissive zoning preferred. Jurisdictions open to rezoning are actively considered — we work through it.
Submit anyway.
Partial qualification is common. SAVRN's assessment team scores every dimension — including factors that can be engineered around. The cost of submitting is zero.
Four steps from
submission to LOI.
The assessment process is designed to move fast. Most landowners have a decision within two weeks of submitting a complete assessment.
