Enterprise clients who access the SAVRN platform may submit or process data as part of their contracted services. Data processed on behalf of clients is governed by the applicable Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and not this general Privacy Policy. Clients retain control of and responsibility for the data they bring into the platform.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To respond to your inquiries. When you contact us via the Engage form or email, we use your information to route and respond to your request.

4. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA / UK)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases when processing your personal data:
- Contractual necessity — to deliver services under a contract with you or your employer.
- Legitimate interests — to respond to inquiries, improve our Services, and maintain security, where those interests are not overridden by your privacy rights.
- Consent — for email communications such as the Dispatch, where we have obtained your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation — where required by applicable law.
5. Sharing Your Information
SAVRN does not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers. We work with third-party vendors for functions such as email delivery, cloud hosting, and analytics. These vendors are contractually required to protect your data and may only use it to perform services on our behalf.
- Legal and regulatory authorities. We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or government request, or when necessary to protect the rights and safety of SAVRN and others.
- Business transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred to the successor entity. We will notify you via email or prominent notice before your information is subject to a different privacy policy.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Information submitted through the Engage form is retained for up to 24 months after our last meaningful interaction. Client data is retained as specified in the applicable service agreement. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time (see Section 9).
7. Security
SAVRN implements technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Cookies and Tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate core functionality and collect analytics. We use:
- Essential cookies — required for the site to function (e.g., session state).
- Analytics cookies — to understand traffic and usage patterns. We do not use these for advertising profiling.
You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect site functionality. We do not respond to Do Not Track browser signals at this time, though we support your right to opt out of analytics tracking on request.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion — request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal retention obligations.
- Portability — request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection / Restriction — object to or request restriction of certain processing activities.
- Withdraw Consent — where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
To exercise any of these rights, email legal@savrn.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request.
10. Children's Privacy
SAVRN's Services are intended for business professionals and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, contact us immediately at legal@savrn.com and we will delete it promptly.
11. International Data Transfers
SAVRN is based in the United States. If you are located outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S., which may have different data protection standards than your country. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to govern cross-border transfers.
