Across early-stage startups and S&P 500 firms, he has personally driven over $1.2 billion in annual revenues, identified $14 billion in savings opportunities, and navigated seven mergers and acquisitions — a depth of operating experience very few executives can claim. His philosophy, “Sell More and Worry Less,” is the foundation of everything he builds. Dave founded TREUCxO, a business management and consulting practice, and TREU Partners, an IT brokerage firm. He holds an MBA from Texas A&M University Commerce and a BS in Electronics Management from Southern Illinois University.

Steven has spent 25+ years designing, building, and commercializing data center infrastructure at every scale — from carrier-grade facilities to hyperscale AI campuses ranging from 5MW to 225MW. He has managed a $300M+ P&L and led enterprise sales teams specializing in HPC environments and large-scale IT infrastructure, giving him the rare ability to architect complex solutions and drive the revenue they generate. With direct deployment experience alongside NVIDIA, HPE, and SuperMicro, Steven brings both the technical depth and commercial fluency that sovereign AI infrastructure demands — from electrons to inference.
