Comfy Org repackaged the MiniMax-H3 files for ComfyUI: diffusion weights in int8convrot and fp8scaled variants, a Qwen3-VL-32B text encoder at nvfp4, and pointers to the Turbo, Fun-Controlnet-Union and experimental releases. That is 33 files and 480.3 GB, with no runs_on figures, so there is no cheapest-setup number to quote. The publisher's guidance: the nvfp4 encoder does not need a Blackwell GPU, int8convrot is preferred when your PyTorch build uses cu130, fp8scaled only when it cannot.
