The SAVRN Standard

Seven principles. The minimum to expect.

A controlled AI environment brings every principle under one accountable operator, workforce first. Every offering in the Index, SAVRN's included, is measured against the same Standard.

Cutaway of the SAVRN Training Institute classroom: an instructor at a wall display teaching rows of students at workstations, with the data center campus visible beyond.
Principle 1 of 7

Workforce reskilling

A training institute reskills the American workforce to operate, maintain and use the environment. That is where the value is delivered.

At SAVRNThe SAVRN Training Institute reskills the American workforce to operate, maintain and use the environment, while feeding SAVRN's own hiring pipeline.

Cutaway of a SAVRN campus operations control room: operators at a curved console facing a wall of status displays, with the fenced campus boundary visible through the window.
Principle 2 of 7

Independent operations

The environment operates with no outside connection, running its own identity, management, inference, monitoring and recovery.

At SAVRNNo grid connection. No water use. The environment runs, monitors and recovers on its own.

Cutaway of a secure on-premises data vault on the SAVRN campus: rows of storage racks behind a badge-and-biometric access point, with no exterior windows.
Principle 3 of 7

Data custody

On-premises data custody: customer data, storage, model artifacts, logs and backups remain inside private, controlled, sovereign boundaries.

At SAVRNData, model weights, logs and backups stay on the customer's own premises: on-prem storage, both a cost saving and a control saving.

The SAVRN campus with a model development workspace in the foreground, engineers reviewing fine-tuning dashboards that compare a frontier model against a customer-trained model.
Principle 4 of 7

Customer model capability

The value is in the customer's data. That data trains a local model built for the customer's specific use, not a frontier model that is not trained for it.

At SAVRNFrontier models are a strong starting point. SAVRN trains a model on the customer's own data, inside the customer's own environment, until it outperforms the frontier model for that customer's use.

A receiving bay on the SAVRN campus, the IntelliFlex logo mounted above the entrance: a SAVRN-liveried delivery truck backed up to the dock while staff inspect and log each crate against a manifest.
Principle 5 of 7

Supply assurance

The global supply chain behind the infrastructure is controlled, with traceable provenance, controlled procurement, maintenance rights and a documented replacement strategy for critical hardware, software and models.

At SAVRNEvery server, GPU and network component moves through a supply chain SAVRN controls, globally secured start to finish.

A SAVRN network operations team at rows of multi-monitor workstations, each screen showing the infrastructure they operate, with a lead presenting the full network and facility topology at a wall display.
Principle 6 of 7

Infrastructure control

Dedicated compute, networking and facility infrastructure have documented customer rights and a named accountable operator.

At SAVRNThe IntelliFlex partnership gives SAVRN documented rights over the compute, network and facility, with one accountable operator end to end.

The SAVRN campus's on-site fuel-cell power field: rows of white modular fuel-cell units beside the data center blocks, with no utility connection in sight.
Principle 7 of 7

Power provision

Dedicated on-site generation and defined resilience are included in the accountable service scope.

At SAVRNOn-site fuel cells generate the campus's own power, so there is no utility interconnection queue and no shared grid risk.

The SAVRN reference set

Seven references, one system

Capital, delay, policy, water, grid, permits and scarcity are one system seen from seven sides. Each reference is primary-sourced, refreshed on a schedule, and links into the others, so a project can be followed from the money committed to the docket that stopped it.

Have a specific address? Site Intelligence reads all seven references against one location, county, utility and grid operator included, and cites every finding.
