SAVRN AI infrastructure solutions
Compute, power, software and workforce. One AI factory.
Explore the infrastructure and operating systems behind a SAVRN AI factory, from on-site power and water-free cooling to governed AI software and workforce development.
The delivered AI factory, piece by piece.
SAVRN designs, builds and delivers complete AI factories: the compute block, the power plant that runs it, the water-free cooling that keeps it alive, the operating layer that governs it, and the school that staffs it. Every piece below is something you can step inside.
Every piece is factory-built, set in place, and commissioned as one unit.
Pick a piece. Each has its own page with the design basis, the key details, what it means for the community, and how it is delivered.
The SAVRN Atom
The Atom is SAVRN's core building block: thirty-two high-density, liquid-cooled racks under a 13.2 MW envelope, running NVIDIA's latest GPUs at time of delivery. It is manufactured, shipped, crane-set and commissioned as a single unit, and it bills like a utility, by the token, rather than as a GPU cluster the customer has to operate.
- Delivered and commissioned as one unit, not assembled on site from parts.
- One sovereign tenant per Atom; no co-location inside the boundary.
- Powered on site by the Electron family: Proton fuel cells and Ion storage.
- Cooled on a sealed loop; heat is captured for reuse on the campus.
- Operated on the SAVRN platform with human gates and full audit trails.
- Grows in standard increments: Atom Edge, Atom, campus.
Proton fuel-cell power
Proton supplies the steady baseload an AI factory runs on. Fuel cells convert natural gas, renewable gas or hydrogen to electricity through an electrochemical reaction, with no flame, no turbine and no combustion emissions profile at the fence line. Because the plant sits behind the meter, the campus schedule is set by manufacturing lead time, not by a utility's interconnection study.
- No combustion, so no combustion emissions profile and a quiet plant.
- Baseload at the point of use; the campus does not join an interconnection queue.
- Runs on pipeline natural gas or renewable gas, and is hydrogen-ready.
- Sized per Atom at N+1 so maintenance never touches the factory's output.
- Qualifies for the 30 percent federal investment credit under section 48E.
- Heat from the stack is captured for the campus loop.
Off-grid power and the energy island
The energy island is the whole power plant behind an Atom: Proton fuel cells for baseload, Ion batteries that form the grid, medium-voltage distribution, and the controls that let the campus island itself, ride a GPU load step, and black-start after a fault. It removes the interconnection queue from the schedule and the ratepayer from the risk.
- The defined operating load is carried on site under stated conditions.
- Grid-forming storage sets the island's voltage and frequency and rides GPU transients.
- Generation is N+1 so service never interrupts the factory.
- Islanding and black start are designed in, not added later.
- Any utility tie is for a stated purpose and disclosed precisely.
- No standby diesel farm as the plan of record.
Water-free liquid cooling
High-density racks cannot be air-cooled, and evaporative cooling is the reason many data centers are voted down. SAVRN cools every rack with direct-to-chip liquid cooling on a sealed loop, rejects the heat through dry equipment rather than evaporation, and captures the useful heat for the Institute, the campus and its neighbors.
- Direct-to-chip liquid cooling on every rack, closed loop from chip to roof.
- Dry heat rejection; no evaporative towers in the design basis.
- No routine draw from community water for cooling.
- Design PUE of 1.5 for the Atom block.
- Useful heat captured and delivered to the campus.
- Site water balance published and kept current.
Sovereign compute
Every Atom serves one tenant. The tenant's data, models and agents run inside a private boundary on SAVRN hardware, and nothing a customer works on is sent to an outside AI provider. The reasoning core is SAVRN's own post-trained model, built on a fully open base whose weights and training data are published, so a compliance officer can answer where its behavior came from.
- One tenant per Atom, physically and logically isolated.
- Nothing a customer works on is sent to an outside AI provider.
- A post-trained, fully open base model with an auditable lineage.
- Private model registry and versioned releases inside the boundary.
- Human gates on anything that ships, signs or spends.
- Token metering and a ledger that reconcile to each other.
The Training Institute
The Intelligence Center is the Training Institute: the people and programs that ship with every SAVRN factory. Its catalog is public on this site and grows with the work: 43 courses across 9 departments and a common core, 244 labs on 10 real factory systems, 9 certificates that stack into 4 associate-degree pathways, and a community center where the region learns to use AI.
- Ships with every campus; the Intelligence Center is the front door of the factory.
- 43 courses, 4,668 clock hours, most of them in the lab.
- 9 departments plus a common core, on 10 real factory systems.
- 9 stacked certificates into 4 associate-degree pathways.
- Registered apprenticeships that unlock the full federal credit rate.
- A community learning center that teaches the region to use AI.
Boxcar
A carrier or network owner already has the asset that matters: the rail into every customer it serves. The Boxcar is an Atom Edge placed on that network and loaded with governed AI agents. The partner owns no GPUs, adds no footprint and rolls no trucks. It sells a new product to the customers it already bills.
- Rides the partner's existing fiber network; the network stays the partner's.
- One Boxcar is one Atom Edge; four make an Atom.
- Governed AI agents delivered on and for the network.
- Private tenancy, metered capacity, built-in oversight.
- Powered on site by the Electron family; no grid dependency.
- The partner sells a new product to the customers it already has.
Sidecar
A logistics yard, a manufacturer, a hospital campus or a port needs power it cannot get and compute it cannot buy. The Sidecar brings both: Proton fuel cells and Ion storage for the power, an Atom Edge for the compute, and the SAVRN platform to run the work the business already does. The capacity the business does not use is sold to the surrounding area.
- Clips on alongside an existing operation; no separate campus required.
- Brings its own fuel-cell power; never waits on the utility.
- One Atom Edge of compute, growing to an Atom in standard increments.
- Runs the work the host business already does, under governance.
- Idle capacity is sold to the surrounding area and earns for the host.
- Operated by SAVRN on the same platform as every SAVRN factory.
Sentinel Guard

A site's power reality in seconds: can this site carry the load, with evidence instead of phone calls.
Open SAVRN Grid →Most AI factories take. A SAVRN campus is built to give back.
The same six commitments run through every solution above. Each one links to the page where it is defined, designed and verified.
The campus makes its own power.
Proton fuel cells for baseload, Ion storage forming the grid, and an island that carries the defined operating load. Your rates and your interconnection queue stay untouched.
The energy island →A sealed loop from the chip to the roof.
Direct-to-chip liquid cooling on a closed process loop with dry heat rejection. No routine draw on community water, a published water balance, and the heat put back to work.
Water-free cooling →The school ships with the factory.
A technical institute and a community learning center at the front of every campus, taught on the factory's own equipment and funded by the incentives that build the plant.
The Training Institute →One tenant, one boundary, one ledger.
Single-tenant blocks, a private model registry, a fully open base model post-trained by SAVRN, human approval gates and tamper-evident audit trails.
Sovereign compute →Built to be walked into, not fenced off.
Landscaped grounds, the compute screened behind the building, a hall the town can book, and the questions a community is right to ask answered before the first permit.
The community-first framework →The stack is the business case.
Federal energy credits pay at five times the base rate when a project meets prevailing wage and apprenticeship. The Institute is how a SAVRN campus clears that gate.
How the credits pay →Where do you come into this?

What does SAVRN actually deliver?
A complete, physical AI factory: the Atom compute block, the Electron power plant that runs it, the water-free cooling that keeps it alive, the operating layer that governs it, and the Training Institute that staffs it. SAVRN designs, builds and delivers the facility, working through manufacturing and construction partners the way every infrastructure developer does.
Which GPUs will the factory run?
NVIDIA's latest GPUs at time of delivery. SAVRN does not pin a block to a GPU generation.
Can a SAVRN campus run without the local utility?
Yes. The energy island carries the defined operating load on site with fuel-cell baseload and grid-forming storage. If a utility connection exists, its purpose and terms are disclosed precisely.
Who pays for the Institute?
The incentives do. Federal energy credits pay at five times the base rate when a project meets prevailing wage and registered apprenticeship, and the value that gate unlocks funds the school. Residents pay no tuition.
How do the partner models differ from a campus?
A Boxcar rides a partner's network: the partner owns the rail and sells governed AI to its customers. A Sidecar clips on alongside a business that needs power and compute at once. Both are built from the Atom Edge, a quarter Atom.
How do we start?
Bring the site, the institution or the community and its constraints. SAVRN Grid screens the site, the reference designs set the basis, and the team shows how the block, the power, the cooling, the workforce and the governance fit together.
Start with the site, the institution, or the community.
Bring SAVRN the constraints. We will show how the block, the power, the cooling, the workforce and the governance fit together, with the status of every claim made explicit.
