Put this on the shortlist when the product has to speak, not just write. The Qwen team's 906 million parameter voice model carries nine built-in timbres, takes style directions in plain language across ten languages, and streams audio off a 12 Hz tokenizer. At 16-bit the weights are 1.8 GB and it runs in about 2.2 GB; at 4-bit, 0.5 GB. On the cheapest listed host, one MI300X with 192 GB at $1.85 per hour on-demand, the card is not the constraint. Concurrency is.

Apache 2.0 lets the audio and any tuned voice go into a commercial product, with notices kept.
