Data center REIT leasing capacity from single racks to whole buildings, with large multi-megawatt deployments its biggest source of new bookings. It also does colocation, interconnection, build-to-suit development. This map identifies 104 data centers operated by Digital Realty across 13 states and 40 cities. Its largest presence is California, with 28 buildings.

After California, Digital Realty has the most data centers in Virginia (28), Texas (13), Illinois (9), Georgia (6), New Jersey (6). Each state below links to that state's own page, which carries every operator in it, the grid operator, and the moratorium, water and delay record that applies there.

Disclosure is uneven and this page does not paper over it. 73 of the 104 publish a floor area, and 12 publish a power figure. Each figure is shown against the building it belongs to and never added into a single total, because operators do not measure the same thing: one states the floor area of one hall, another the full capacity of a campus it has only announced.
