Colocation pricing by market
What high-density colocation costs across 16 U.S. markets, per kilowatt per month. Two pricing engines: high-density colo for 30 to 100 kW racks, and AI factory space for 150 to 250 kW direct-to-chip racks. Power is priced at the delivered retail cost in each market, built line by line from the utility's current tariff. A market index, not a SAVRN quote.

Power prices in SEC filings
Most filed prices come from bitcoin miners on interruptible power, net of credits for switching off. A data center that cannot curtail pays the firm rate.

What large AI tenants pay
Filed 15-20 year leases quote a low base rent, but tenants also pay power, operating costs, cooling fit-out and credit support. These rebuild the full cost from each filing.
