What QTS does, and what this map holds

Data center operator building and leasing single-tenant, multi-megawatt hyperscale campuses, with enterprise colocation and federal facilities as secondary lines. It also does enterprise colocation, federal/government hosting. This map identifies 104 data centers operated by QTS across 14 states and 32 cities. Its largest presence is Virginia, with 35 buildings.

After Virginia, QTS has the most data centers in Georgia (17), Arizona (11), Texas (9), Oregon (7), Ohio (6). Each state below links to that state's own page, which carries every operator in it, the grid operator, and the moratorium, water and delay record that applies there.

Disclosure is uneven and this page does not paper over it. 12 of the 104 publish a floor area, and 11 publish a power figure. Each figure is shown against the building it belongs to and never added into a single total, because operators do not measure the same thing: one states the floor area of one hall, another the full capacity of a campus it has only announced.
