It is short, and it is the only entry point. Read it before anything else.

Why there is no index on this page

This file deliberately contains no list of files, no tier table, and no map.

A written list of what exists goes stale the moment anything moves; ls --recursive cannot. The paths are the index, and they sort.

And the previous version of this page is the demonstration. It listed the entry point, the files to read every session, what was in which group, and where the tier members and tier sizes were kept — and by the time anyone read it again, every one of those pointers named a file that had been renamed or deleted. It was not mostly wrong. It was entirely wrong, because it said nothing except where things were.

What is here, and what is not

Everything is in this repository. There is no private half, and the reason is in 00-meta/scope.md.

What is not here is the source corpus. Three conversation exports — roughly 2.4 MB together — were removed so that the repository stayed small enough to read. Claims citing a corpus offset carry INACCESSIBLE, and the corpus can be re-supplied on request.

One convention, and where its definition lives

Every claim carries a tag on three axes — evidence, access, and origin.

They are defined in 00-meta/limits.md, and only there.
