Neo

by TokenAI tokenaii/Neo

Neo is an open-weight model for text classification from TokenAI, released under other. It has 41M parameters. At 16-bit it needs about 0.1 GB of GPU memory, which fits on 1x MI300X from $1.85 an hour, at the lowest prices in the SAVRN Index.

TokenAI is a non-profit startup founded in 2025 by Assem Sabry, based in Alexandria, Egypt. The Neo model, source code, training data, documentation, and related materials are owned by TokenAI.

Runs On

What it takes to serve Neo (41M parameters): the memory its weights need at each precision, and the cheapest way to rent enough data-center GPUs to hold them.

Model Card

TokenAI is a non-profit startup founded in 2025 by Assem Sabry, based in Alexandria, Egypt. The Neo model, source code, training data, documentation, and related materials are owned by TokenAI. Neo is a compact TokenAI System One decision model for selecting actions from a declared candidate set. It reads English application context and a typed decision schema, then returns calibrated outputs for choice, score, and noul in one encoder forward pass. It is not a conversational or free-form text-generation model. Training dataset: tokenaii/Neo-dataset — https://huggingface.co/datasets/tokenaii/Neo-dataset It contains the complete project source code, training code, synthetic-data generation…

Questions About Neo

How much GPU memory does Neo need?

About 0.1 GB at 16-bit and 0 GB at 4-bit: the weights (41M parameters) plus a working margin. A long context needs more.

What is the cheapest GPU to run Neo on?

At 16-bit, 1x MI300X from $1.85 an hour; at 4-bit, 1x MI300X from $1.85 an hour, at the lowest on-demand prices the SAVRN Index lists.

What license is Neo released under?

other, as its publisher declares it. Read the license text before commercial use.

credential-line-32m

ZentropyLabs.ai

A 32M-parameter classifier that reads one line of code, config, log or prose and scores whether the line holds a literal credential: a password, API key, access token, private-key header, connection string with a password, or an Authorization header value. It runs on a laptop CPU in about 4 ms per line, so you can score every line of a trace, log or diff before you share it. Use it next to a rule-based scanner, not in place of one. On 1,264 human-written lines it finds about 4 in 5 credentials and is right about 9 times in 10 when it flags a line. It also misses about 1 credential in 5, so it must never be the only check before you publish a file. predictonnx.py applies the temperature…

thalovant-m2v-intents

Thalovant

A static-embedding intent classifier for the Thalovant hub. It maps an utterance to one of 214 labels of the form:, exactly as ovos-m2v-pipeline registers them. The labels are the fleet's skills and the other intents the hubs register (the persona and reading pipelines, wikihow), from the fleet corpus and nothing else. There is no "none of these" label: a sentence about something no skill does still gets the nearest skill's label, often with high confidence. Base: Jarbas/m2v-256-distiluse-base-multilingual-cased-v2, fine-tuned with model2vec's classifier trainer. Measured on sentences the classifier never saw: 93188 held-out rows whose text, in any language, and whose intent line are both…
