von is an open-weight model for zero-shot classification from Verdict, released under Apache License 2.0. Its published files total 1.6 GB.
The Von System One decision model (ModernBERT-large, 395M, English, 8192-token context), exported to ONNX fp32 and packaged for Verdict -- a high-performance serving engine for System One decision models.

Measured on one machine (RTX 4090, AMD EPYC 7543, 16 threads), end to end over HTTP with
oha and an identical request body for both servers. The
baseline is the model author's own server (von serve, von-sdk, --no-chains); the Verdict
column is this package. Latencies are per-request P50 / P99 at the stated concurrency. The
ratios are oriented so that above 1× means Verdict is ahead in both: throughput ratio =
Verdict ÷ baseline, latency ratio = baseline ÷ Verdict.

Weights are unchanged from wfzyx/von; this repo adds only the ONNX export and the serving manifest. Conversion and serving are verified against the official model (von-sdk 1.3.7): identical answers on CPU (29-case golden corpus, logit parity ≤ 4.6e-5) and on CUDA (RTX 4090, logit parity ≤ 7.4e-5, batch invariance bitwise).
Apache-2.0, inherited from the base model. Credit for the model itself belongs to the original author; this repository only repackages it for serving.

If you haven't already, you can install the Transformers.js JavaScript library from NPM using: Note: Having a separate repo for ONNX weights is intended to be a temporary solution until WebML gains more traction. If you would like to make your models web-ready, we recommend converting to ONNX using Optimum and structuring your repo like this one (with ONNX weights located in a subfolder named onnx).
distilbart-mnli is the distilled version of bart-large-mnli created using the No Teacher Distillation technique proposed for BART summarisation by Huggingface, here. We just copy alternating layers from bart-large-mnli and finetune more on the same data. This is a very simple and effective technique, as we can see the performance drop is very little. Detailed performace trade-offs will be posted in this sheet. If you want to train these models yourself, clone the distillbart-mnli repo and follow the steps below Clone and install transformers from source Download MNLI data Create student model Start fine-tuning You can find the logs of these trained models in this wandb project.
