Operates data centers to run Google's own services and Google Cloud; the facilities are not leased to third-party tenants. It also does AI compute (TPUs, Vertex AI), consumer services. This map identifies 86 data centers operated by Google across 20 states and 49 cities. Its largest presence is Ohio, with 12 buildings.

After Ohio, Google has the most data centers in Nebraska (9), Virginia (9), Texas (8), South Carolina (7), Georgia (6). Each state below links to that state's own page, which carries every operator in it, the grid operator, and the moratorium, water and delay record that applies there.

Disclosure is uneven and this page does not paper over it. 4 of the 86 publish a floor area, and 2 publish a power figure. Each figure is shown against the building it belongs to and never added into a single total, because operators do not measure the same thing: one states the floor area of one hall, another the full capacity of a campus it has only announced.
