Who DACP Construction is
DACP Construction works as a subcontractor to general contractors on data centers, substations, power plants and heavy civil infrastructure across the Gulf Coast and Texas. It is DBE-certified, licensed and insured, and works under OSHA-compliant safety programs. Its project managers, estimators and superintendents work on site with the crews, which keeps RFIs short and the concrete, mechanical and steel trades in step.
On data center campuses, DACP has placed single continuous pours of more than 800 cubic yards in under nine hours. In Corsicana, Texas, it built the slabs for four 66,000-square-foot buildings, 40 cooler pad foundations, 34 transformer pad foundations and more than 27,000 linear feet of retaining wall.

How SAVRN and DACP Construction deliver together
What DACP builds
The prepared site: grading, foundations, equipment pads, duct banks and access roads, on a 24/7 schedule.
What SAVRN delivers
The AI factory on top: the SAVRN Atom blocks, onsite power with partners, the SAVRN Institute and operations.
Each SAVRN Atom block is built in the factory and set on a prepared site. DACP builds that site, so the pads are ready when the blocks arrive.
