Talino: 50 MW per phase, 500 MW at full build-out

Concept stage · national, institutional and enterprise partners invited

Talino is a proposed AI factory campus in Laguna, Philippines: industrial-scale compute powered on site, with data that stays in the country, and a training institute that prepares the local team to run it. It grows one identical 50 MW phase at a time, ten phases to 500 MW. SAVRN builds, powers, operates and takes it to market.

The plan

What is planned

  • ConceptA master plan laid out for all ten phases.
  • DesignOne repeatable block design, no redesign between phases.
  • WorkforceAn eight-department institute planned on campus.
  • DeliverySAVRN responsible for build, power, operations and go-to-market.
  • Scale50 MW per phase, 500 MW at full build-out.
Power

The power plan

Talino is planned as a self-powered campus: generation is built and firmed on site with each phase, so the campus does not compete with the community for grid capacity or water.

  • Onsite generationBehind-the-meter power generated and firmed on the campus, added phase by phase.
  • Islanded designEach phase stands on its own power rather than leaning on the local grid.
  • Sized for the full buildPower, cooling and roads are laid out from day one for all ten phases.
