Apollo called it the largest private financing ever executed. Wells Fargo is global coordinator on the A1 tranche with BNP Paribas, Citi and UBS as joint bookrunners; Goldman Sachs, Bank of America and Morgan Stanley are placement agents on the A2 tranche.
