Poolside partnered with CoreWeave in October 2025 on Project Horizon, a 2GW West Texas campus at Longfellow Ranch structured in eight 250MW phases with a 15-year lease on the initial 250MW phase and a 500MW expansion option. CoreWeave subsequently ended the 2GW deal, leaving a $2 billion funding gap, with power procurement challenges cited. Poolside was reported raising $2 billion at a $14 billion valuation after $500 million at $3 billion in 2024, and Nvidia separately agreed to invest up to $1 billion.

The SAVRN reference set

Seven references, one system

Capital, delay, policy, water, grid, permits and scarcity are one system seen from seven sides. Each reference is primary-sourced, refreshed on a schedule, and links into the others, so a project can be followed from the money committed to the docket that stopped it.

Have a specific address? Site Intelligence reads all seven references against one location, county, utility and grid operator included, and cites every finding.
